Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through UPS. UPS Ground, and 2nd-Day Air are the only shipping options available.

Any orders purchased after 11:00 AM (CST), or purchases made during a holiday, will be shipped the following business day.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99.00 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping where available. Orders with a merchandise subtotal from $49.00 through $98.99 after discounts and before taxes qualify for $10 standard shipping where available. Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are excluded from these promotional rates; the shipping rate shown at checkout applies.

If the package is returned back to Braid Beauty due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
