Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through UPS. UPS Ground, and 2nd-Day Air are the only shipping options available. 

Any orders purchased after 11:00 AM (CST), or purchases made during a holiday, will be shipped the following business day. 

To be eligible for $10 shipping (in Continental U.S.), the subtotal, which is the total before calculating the taxes and application of discounts, must be over $99.00. Note that items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or International country may not be eligible for reduced shipping.

If the package is returned back to Braid Beauty due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
