Social Media Data Deletion
Braid Beauty Inc. uses Meta platform services to help manage messages and comments sent to our official social media accounts.
How to request deletion
- Email us@braidbeauty.com with the subject line Social Media Data Deletion Request.
- Identify the social media platform and the username associated with your request.
- Describe the messages, comments, or other information you want deleted.
Do not send your password, authentication code, payment information, or other sensitive credentials.
Verification and processing
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify the request through the same social media account or another reasonable method. After verification, we will delete or de-identify data under our control that we are not legally required to retain. Requests will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for transaction records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
